Meet British physicist Dr. Jon Butterworth and hear about the largest science experiment of our time -- as told in his new book Most Wanted Particle: The Inside Story of the Hunt for the Higgs, the Heart of the Future of Physics. Dr. Butterworth is a leading physicist at the Large Hadron Collider outside Geneva, Switzerland, and Head of Physics and Astronomy at University College London. His book provides an insider account of the inaugural experiments at  the European Organization for Nuclear Research (CERN) and reveals the thrill of working on the high-stakes experiment of finding the Higgs boson particle.
