Isabel Wilkerson, who won the Pulitzer Prize for her work as Chicago bureau chief of The New York Times, talks about her book, The Warmth of Other Suns: The Epic Story of America's Great Migration.
Just out in paperback, it chronicles the decades-long migration of
black citizens who fled the South for northern and western cities in
search of a better life.
