Nicholas Butler, award winner

The Book Stall congratulates author Nickolas Butler, winner of both the Midwest Booksellers Choice Award for Fiction as well as the Great Lakes Great Reads prize for his novel Shotgun Lovesongs. Nick was honored last night at the annual Heartland Fall Forum, a regional trade show celebrating independent bookselling. The Book Stall is among nearly 350 independent book stores from 12 states attending the event in Minneapolis.

We're proud to have hosted Nick at the store earlier this year. It was one of the highlights of 2014!
