Humanitarian and activist Shannon Galpin discusses her new book Mountain to Mountain: A Journey of Adventure and Activism for the Women of Afghanistan.  It's the story of her work on a variety of projects in Afgahnistan, where in 2009 she became the first person to mountain bike in a country where the culture did not allow women to ride bikes.
