  Former Chicago Tribune reporter and page two columnist Barbara Mahany speaks about her new book, Slowing Time: Seeing the Sacred Outside Your Kitchen Door, described as a field guide to appreciating the bounty and beauty of the seasons. Publishers Weekly recently picked the book as
one of its Top 10 religion books of Fall 2014. A pediatric oncology
nurse before she graduated from Northwestern's Medill Graduate School of
