Chicago author and Yale and Oxford grad Charles Finch tells us about his new mystery, The Laws of Murder. It's the latest in his series featuring Charles Lenox, once London's leading private investigator who has now, in 1876, given up his seat in Parliament and is primed to return to his first love, being a detective.
