Our holiday helper for children's gifts

As the holidays are approaching, here's a reminder of how our Children's Book Club works.

Members of the Children’s Department staff can meet with you in person, by phone, (847-446-8880) or via email, at childrens@thebookstall.com.

We’ll talk over a child's interests, reading habits, and enthusiasms, and after we've talked, every month or every other month, depending on your wishes, we'll send out a gift-wrapped book, a title tailored to that child's individual tastes and reading history, and include a personal note from you.

It works to keep you in touch with a far-off grandchild, maintain a friendship with a family friend, or give your own children a steady supply of reading material, hand-selected by our professional and knowledgeable staff. We send Children’s Book Club packages out across the entire country and also carefully choose books for children right here in the northern suburbs of Chicago.

Signing up for The Children’s Book Club is a great gift for a newborn, but also serves as a wonderful means of conveying love, attention, and literature to kids on into their teen years. Stop in our give us a call at 847-446-8880 and see how easy it is to start a gift tradition children will remember forever.
