We're delighted to welcome Scott Simon back to The Book Stall for a conversation about his new book Unforgettable: A Son, a Mother, and the Lessons of a Lifetime. Simon, a local native and the popular host of NPR's Weekend Edition Saturday, will tell us the story behind his book, which had its origin in tweets Simon sent in 2013 from the Northwestern Hospital ICU in Chicago as he chronicled his mother's final days and her colorful life.

at 12 noon. She'll bring along her new book Clean Slate, a Cookbook and Guide: Reset Your Health, Detox Your Body, and Feel Your Best. In it, the editors of Martha Stewart Living hit the reset button to come up with 160 beautifully photographed recipes organized into action-focused chapters.
