 We're delighted to have just added Martha Stewart to our January calendar. America's most trusted lifestyle expert and teacher and bestselling author will be at The Union League Club in Chicago for a luncheon on Friday, January 9
at 12 noon. She'll bring along her new book Clean Slate, a Cookbook and Guide: Reset Your Health, Detox Your Body, and Feel Your Best. In it, the editors of Martha Stewart Living hit the reset button to come up with 160 beautifully photographed recipes organized into action-focused chapters.

At the luncheon, Ms. Stewart will talk about the book's emphasis on eating clean, whole, unprocessed foods as part of a primarily plant-based diet, with delicious and nutritious recipes.
